Why haven't I received a refund after cancelling my subscription?

After cancellation of the subscription, the plan will not be automatically renewed and charged, and you can still enjoy the service until the end of the duration. 

When your subscription plan is successfully deducted the cloud service takes effect immediately, the deducted fee is not refundable, any questions can be directed to “support@kamoviz.com”.
