You need to reconfigure the camera's network after you have changed the network environment. There is a Reset button on the camera, you need to hold the button until the tone appears, then you can connect the camera to the network.
When you turn on the camera again after switching off the camera, please make sure that the power connection is normal, and the camera will have a prompt light flashing when you turn on the power. Make sure the network where the camera is located is normal and stable. You can refresh and wait for a while, if the camera is always offline/connecting, please long press "Reset" button to reset the camera and then connect it.
If the above operation does not solve the problem, please try to power off for 10-20s and then reboot the camera to connect again.
