How to unsubscribe?

To cancel the subscription during the trial period: 

Open the APP, select Cloud -> Your plan settings  -> Cancel. After cancellation, the service will stop immediately without any deduction or renewal of the subscription.


To cancel the subscription during the non-trial period: 

Open the APP, select Cloud -> Your plan settings-> Cancel. After cancellation, the service will stop after the expiry date without any deduction or renewal of the subscription.
