Why can’t the camera recognize the SD card?

1)Reboot the camera to see if it is recognized. If it is recognized successfully, you can see the "Memory card storage" option in the camera settings.

2)Try inserting the SD card into the PC to confirm that it can be recognized and formatted as a FAT32 file system;

3)If the SD card is not recognized when inserted several times, it is recommended to format it once and try again or replace it with another SD card.
