Why can't my camera capture night images and the camera light stays on?

This is because you have installed the camera in an incorrect position. When the camera is facing the window, it may cause reflection problems, as shown in the picture below.

To resolve this issue, install the camera where there are no reflective surfaces (such as glass or white walls) , to prevent overly bright areas or reflections from appearing in the camera lens.
